How do you turn long-form content into a Twitter/X thread?
Extract the argument, not the prose. A good thread has a strong hook tweet (the single most surprising or useful claim), followed by 4-10 tweets that each make one point. Each tweet must stand on its own and pull the reader to the next. Length: 5-12 tweets for most long-form content. The structure: hook → problem → counterintuitive insight → evidence → practical application → call to action. Do not write "1/10" style numbering unless the content is genuinely step-by-step. End with a link to the original long-form piece for readers who want the full version.
