Structure: a personal intro (what prompted you to write this), 2-3 sentences summarizing the core argument, the single most actionable insight pulled out as a quote or bullet, and a clear CTA to read the full post. Length: 150-300 words. Write it like a text from a friend who happens to have written something useful, not like a marketing email. Subject line should tease the insight, not the blog title — "I was wrong about onboarding" beats "New post: onboarding best practices."
